We install, service and maintain air-conditioning, ventilation and air filtration systems — split units, ducted systems, fan coil units and exhaust ventilation for homes, offices and commercial premises.

In Dubai's climate an AC system either gets planned maintenance or it gets an emergency call-out in August. Our annual contracts cover filter changes, coil cleaning, drain line clearing and gas checks on a fixed schedule so performance and running cost stay predictable.

How often should AC be serviced in Dubai?

Every three to six months for residential use, and more frequently for kitchens, clinics and high-occupancy offices.

Do you offer annual maintenance contracts?

Yes. AMC packages cover scheduled servicing plus priority response to breakdown calls at a fixed annual cost.

My AC is cooling poorly — is it always gas?

Not usually. Blocked filters, dirty coils, a choked drain line or poor airflow are far more common, which is why we test before charging gas.
