We install floor and wall tiling in ceramic, porcelain, marble and large-format formats — with the waterproofing, levelling and grouting that decides how long it lasts.

A tiled floor fails at the layer nobody sees. Screed level, waterproofing in wet areas and full adhesive coverage are where we spend the time, because hollow tiles and cracked grout are always a substrate problem, not a tile problem.

How We Work

Substrate check

Level, moisture and soundness of the existing surface assessed first.

Setting out

Tile layout set out with you so cuts land in the least visible positions.

Laying

Waterproofing where required, full adhesive bedding, laid level and square.

Grout & clean

Grouted, sealed at junctions, cleaned and inspected before handover.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you tile over existing tiles?

Sometimes, if the existing bed is sound and the floor level allows it. We advise honestly after inspecting — removal is safer in wet areas.

Do you waterproof bathrooms?

Yes, wet area waterproofing is applied before tiling and is included in the quotation for bathrooms and balconies.

Do you repair a few cracked tiles only?

Yes. Individual tile replacement and re-grouting are handled as small jobs.
